We sat at the bar for dinner one night. The two weathered bar tenders were fun to watch and occasionally hear their words of wisdom or snarky remarks. We had traditional fish and chips and Guiness. The food was plentiful and delicious. a crisp crust to the fish and the fries were hand cut and salty enough. We could linger and listen to locals and meet other tourists. We went back again for dinner in the dining room and enjoyed it as well.

Hello

We had lunch and Drinks in this nice setting in High Street, We got fast service, it has a nice attractive front of the Pub / Restaurant, visitors stop to admire the window and the detail it has with old irish drinking vessels, The window we seen visitors get there attention and go in for drinks / meal or both. Staff are pleasent. And you will enjoy the local cuisine.
Thanks for your personal touch. Appreciated.

The Laurels on Main Street in Killarney was recommended to us by our innkeeper and it's a very good, comfortable restaurant in the traditional style. There are two entrances, one for the pub/bar and the other for the main restaurant ... we walked into the bar side, which was quite crowded and the waiter said we could share a table with another couple on the pub side, or offered to walk us next door to the restaurant side, which he did ... great service!

We had the fish and chips, which were okay, not extraordinary, but great with a pint of Guinness!

This is a great place to try in downtown Killarney, if you're looking for a more traditional Irish pub.

Don't know how they squeeze so much into such a small space. My friend and I were wanting a photo and the pleasant staff let us come behind the bar and she took our photo from the customer side! Not a big deal? The place is so small we had to go outside and come in another door from the outside!

Killarney is a very plesant place and this pub/restaurant is a good choice for having dinner. A lot of irish wiskeys are available (up to 45 € for a glass). The food and especially the fish is excellent. The service with a solid irish accent could be improved with a little bit of smile (bit it was a rainy day ...)
