Denton B&B was the perfect resting spot for our family of four and another couple, weary from a flight from the US and a day of driving from Dublin. Our rooms were perfectly spotless, the beds very comfortable, and our hostess was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Eileen prepared a wonderful breakfast for us all that set us up for the day. Wish we had planned another night here!

Me and my husband stayed at Denton about two months ago during our route along west coast. Normally we only stayed a night in one place, but here we stayed for two. The place is delightful - clean and neat with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. It is located not far from city center, but in quiet neighborhood. The host is adorable - very nice and helpful lady, great cook, a perfectionist, I dare say :) Also, it is a comfortable base for a day trip to Dingle Peninsula. We simply loved it there and will definitely visit again.

Eileen, the owner, is full of energy, makes her guests feel welcome, and is a great cook! I would highly recommend her B&B. The bed and pillows were very comfy, making for a good night's sleep away from home. She and her husband have just updated the rooms and they were bright and cheery, as well as clean. :)

Room Tip: We asked for a room at the back of the house, as the B&B is on a busy street, but I don't th...

We picked Denton B&B because of its easy-to-find location on N69 and were very pleased we made the choice. It's a good base of travel for day trips to the Dingle peninsula, Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. It's also in easy walking distance to city center and a wide choice of restarants and shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable and Eileen and John are very friendly and helpful hosts and prepared a delicious traditional Irish breakfast for me and a plentiful vegan breakfast for my daughter. I would definitely stay there on a return trip.

We stayed here recently and had a great experience. Eileen is a fantastic host and will make you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortably and spotless, and breakfast was delicious. This is in town, but in a quiet neighborhood where you won't have any noise or parking issues.

We stayed in Tralee because I thought it would be a good location between Killarney and Dingle, but I found Tralee itself to be a fantastically charming city. Unlike Dingle or Killarney this feels like a *real* Irish town with primarily locals and not over run by tourists. We went to mass at the local cathedral and I am fairly sure we were the only non-locals.That being said, the town center was beautiful and had a nice square, a really nice looking market, and several book shops and other nice stores.

In all, if you are visiting this area of Ireland I recommend staying several nights at the Denton B&B.

You felt as if you were visiting Eileen and John themselves. We were planning on a relative contact near Tralee. Ellen was very helpful on tips to find an out of the way farm and even offered her phone to contact the family. Just try her daily fresh brown bread.

Room Tip: We had a back room but do not think location would make a difference

There were three of us traveling together and this wonderful B&B met all our expectations. Eileen and John were fantastic hosts with plenty of information for traveling this area. The rooms were great and the food delicious. We would recommend this delightful place to anyone.
