Ballygarry House was a fantastic stop. We spent two nights here and the restaurant was fantastic. The food was exceptional and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If in Tralee, this is where we would stay again.

From the moment you walk in the attention from the staff is spot on , I arrived late on a tuesday evening with food service times just closing but this was no problem I was still offered full menu and the time was not an issue . The food was fab, the staff even better and the rooms are some of the nicest with mod cons that I have came across . The bathroom are top class, lovely big bath tub and power shower .. I WILL BE RETURNING

This family owned and managed hotel expanded during the Celtic Tiger years and, through the good management and foresight of the owner/manager, thrived. The staff in both the hotel and the seperate banqueting suite are very efficient and friendly. I was welcomed back after an unannounced visit after about four years.
The service and atmosphere in the banqueting suite was excellent. Thw wedding party were able to enjoy the evening and dance till late without in any affecting the accommodation section of the hotel. In fact, if in the hotel main reception, it was not possible to discern that a wedding was in progress.
There is ample car parking space and the location is just off the main road from Killarney to Tralee, and is clearly visible from the road.

From the moment you step through the door you will feel at home. The reception staff are so helpful, the room, sumptuous, and the quality of food, exceptional and mostly made, baked and created in-house. We would second the comments by another reviewer that the staff offer "really good care and attention to the needs of their guests". Whether you eat in the bar or restaurant, the experience is equally enjoyable: the attention paid by bar staff is warm and personalised and the fish and chips deserve special mention.

I recently dislocated my elbow, so went to enjoy a meal in the bar, just as had ordered , the waitress asked if she would ask the kitchen staff to cut my meal for me, this was offered without having to ask. This to me is really good care and attention to the needs of customers. The food was excellent.

Room Tip: This hotel is in a good location
