One of my favourite beaches. Miles of beautiful sand unspoiled by tourism and often virtually empty. The views across the bay are breathtaking.
There is now a Car park which means that there is access to the views for anyone with mobility issues.

Great place to unwind and de-stress. I've been coming here for years. Popular beach for long walks, collecting seaweed and enjoying the sea air. The sand is soft and pebble free. The beach itself is very clean and the views bring smiles to all visitors.

Good for walking. swimming, surfing and just sitting - absolutely fabulous beach - I wish I could walk the length of the beach every day, just want to keep on walking to see what's around the corner and once you get away from the car park area you have the beach to yourself apart from a few other walkers.

Loads of Jellyfish! The surf school is excellent and the kids really loved it and definitely good value for money.

A great spot for a long walk, a swim, kite flying or kite surfing, this beach stretches as far as Ballheigue and offers users stunning views with enough space to accommodate lots of users without appearing crowded. As enjoyable on a cold windy winters day as it is on a sunny summer afternoon, Banna is a haven for walkers and jiggers alike.
