The Willows is located just a 5 minute pleasant walk through the rose gardens to the town centre. Tim and Mary are lovely hosts who want to make sure your stay is pleasant. They were very helpful in orientating us around Tralee and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms feel a little dated but they are very clean and tidy. Breakfast (scrambled eggs and smoked salmon) was delicious. Parking is available at the rear which is handy because there is little on-street parking available. I would happily stay here again.

Tom (or Tim??) & Mary ARE Ireland! They are exactly the kind of people that we had hoped to meet when we set out from the U.S. and decided to stay in B&B's. Their home is within walking distance to the downtown area of Tralee, but off of the main road enough that you're not listening to traffic all night. And we suspect that Tom went out at night and tucked in the mirrors on the side of our car for us :) If you have questions, ask Mary...Mary knows EVERYTHING about Ireland!! She knows where to go, how to get there, what the hours of operation are and probably who to ask for! Seriously, the woman is a human travel guide!! Their house is quaint, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. On our trip to Ireland, we happen to be staying with Tom & Mary on our sons 13th birthday, which came up in conversation with some Australian travelers one morning over breakfast. Well, about 20 minutes later, Mary emerged from the kitchen with a birthday card and €13 for his 13th birthday! It was a gesture that we will never forget. If we ever make our way back to Ireland, the FIRST B&B we're booking, it theirs....and so should you!!

We booked our room here at the last minute, but Tom and Mary were extremely accommodating (they stayed up late to check us in, and stayed on the phone with us to direct us to their house!). Breakfast was excellent, and the two of them gave us great advice for the rest of our stay in Ireland. We would definitely recommend a night at the Willows for anyone passing through Tralee

Had a lovely stay at the Willows. Tim and Mary were gracious hosts with plenty of info to help facilitate the rest of our trip. Room was plenty spacious, with good-sized bathroom. Very inviting dining room where we had a wonderful breakfast which included many options. The Willows was conveniently located to town and city park where we did plenty of walking. Perfectly located for touring the Dingle Penninsula.

Small B & B in town. Tom and Mary very gracious hosts. Good breakfast, yogurt, cereals, coffee. Right in town, waking distance to all there, easy parking on street. Not much pressure in shower, but otherwise a good stay for €65.

Tim and Mary were wonderful hosts and very helpful in choosing other places to see in Ireland. Delicious breakfast. And easy walk to the centre of town where we had our best meal in Ireland at the Grand Hotel

Having had such a wonderful experience at The Willows in April 2010, we chose to stay with Tim and Mary again. The second stay was even more delightful! Tim and Mary are warm, friendly and gracious hosts. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast in the charming dining room was truly memorable, both food and conversation. Tim and Mary were very helpful in recommending a great restaurant (Samuel's in The Grand Hotel) and giving us directions. We walked through the park and around town in the evening, as well as the next morning. We look forward to our third visit in 2014!
