Stayed for one night when touring, and cannot think of a single thing to be critical about. Highest standards throughout, very welcoming. Will definitely use again if we return to the Dingle peninsular, maybe we will try their self-catering unit. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely views of the mountains from the gardens.

I stayed for two nights at Lurraga House B&B at the start of my walk along the Dingle Way and I had a fabulous time. Valerie and Anthony are exceptional hosts and made me feel very welcome. I was able to chat with them for some time before heading out to start the Dingle Way. As a family they built their B&B and I was really impressed in the details. They did their research and it really shows. I can't think of anything that they could possibly do to make their B&B any better. The location is very peaceful and it's only about a 5 minute stroll to the beach. I was a little too tired to walk to dinner one night but they were more than happy to drive me to the Camp Junction Bar. I was able to take a fun taxi back (Paddy's Bus) which was no problem at all and very reasonably priced. If I am ever able to return to the area I would definitely stay here again!!

My stay with Valery & Anthony was both exciting and informative. The property ,in my opinion four star and the food wholesome. The attached farm is organic ,with this couple being rightly proud of their achievements.Pet chickens and ducks & tortises & horses, in the garden(fresh hen or duck eggs for breakfast on request )no cholostrel in duck eggs) and their own bee hives on the farm.Glorious views of Caherconree, the highest stone fort in Europe. There is a mile long sandy beach within 500 meters of the house. If you want to a most memorable start to touring the Dingle peninsula, this is the place to stay.

My traveling companion and I enjoyed a very nice afternoon, evening and night stay at this B&B, which was wonderful to arrive at and to have warm shelter from strong winds and rain! Beautifully clean, lovely cozy bedroom, with a bathroom somewhat on the small side, but had a very good shower, and a cute little skylight. A conservatory, separate to the guest bedroom wing had a lovely outlook and pool table. We most enjoyed a welcoming afternoon tea. A very nice breakfast, and a lovely host. Highly recommended.

Yes, we were really happy to get a sight of Lurraga House after a really long first day on the Dingle Way (Tralee to Camp under rainy weather in the Slieve Mish mountains), but the real pleasure started when our hosts welcomed us. Both were very friendly and gave us valuable information, great ambassadors of the Irish welcome. The room was spotless and large. Very quiet around. Generous and yummy breakfast. We even got a ride to Tralee on our last day after walking from Castlegregory. Excellent value for the price, too. We will remember our stay there for a long time. Highly recommended.

Awesome hospitallity. The house was built with love. You could just tell. The breakfast was amazing. Very close to Trallee 25 minute drive. Wonderful experience and a fantastic personable host. I really enjoyed talking with the owner and the setting was peaceful.

The rooms were well decorated, clean and tidy and supplied with sky TV, however the house is set in the bowl of the mountains near the main road leading to a slightly oppressive feel. It was the cheapest B&B we stayed in on our entire trip so was about right for 25 Euro p/p.

Unfortunately the nearby beach isn't something to rush for either
