We had dinner at Campagne during our visit to the Kilkenny Arts week. Everything from the organic cured salmon/deep fried oyster starter to the monkfish main course to the passion fruit and chocolate chiboust dessert was perfection. The staff were very attentive and professional. The ambiance was pleasant with just a hint of background music that was not at all intrusive. The main sound was of diners conversing - such a welcome change. I will be coming back here, with friends, in the near future. You must try it - this restaurant is a real gem.
