Went today for afternoon brunch very busy . Found the staff member quite short when we asked for the menu as she was busy at the time. Placed order had a little problem with food and had to ask two people before I got attention then the lady took the plate and when the other staff member asked was there something wrong she put her eyes up to heaven and took the plate. To be fair the other lady asked what else would we like and did offer a dessert but didn't think of replacing my lunch dish. The dessert was lovely and she did not charge for it but to be honest the customer service was not good I can get over the problem with the dish but being busy is no excuse to be rude to customers
