“Panini Poor and Tasteless”
Reviewed 5 June 2012

Whilst in Kilkenny we popped in for a quickie lunch.
We had the Chicken and Bacon Panini and a cup of coffee.

The coffee was tiny, a larger cup or mug would have been nice.

The Panini was fresh and hot, but the filling of chicken, bacon and cheese was tasteless and bland. The bacon could have done with a little more cooking as it was not at all crispy, the chicken was fine, but all in all it was very basic. I ended up putting the garnish in and adding some mayo to try and make it more tasty.

The waitress was efficient, but could have been a little more welcoming and there was loud music being played over speakers throughout the coffee shop, something a little more relaxing and quieter would have made me want to stay longer. The bathroom was on the top floor, and could have been cleaner, it might be wise for it to be checked throughout the day incase it needs a spruce up.

I'm not sure I would bother going there again sadly.

“Great Spot for Lunch”
Reviewed 31 May 2012

We stopped in while walking around Kilkenny and really enjoyed our lunch. Great service with an excellent selection of sandwiches, pastries, and coffees in a very nice settling. We all enjoyed our selections and are planning to return soon.
