“Great Beers and Bar”
Reviewed 1 February 2014

Found this bar on Trip Advisor and we decided to go in before a meal up the road, we were delighted to see local beers on tap, we had Metal Man and O 'Hara's Pale Ale on recommendation from the barman. both very tasty, well decorated bar, very cosy!
Pity it was empty.
Visitors should make a visit to taste locally brewed beers.

“Real Irish Beer!”
Reviewed 13 October 2013

Had a taster platter and a few pints here last summer with my girlfriend and some friends. Nice open bar with a small patio outside in the back. Board games galore (JENGAAAA) and more importantly the best and most expansive selection of TRUE Irish beers on tap and in bottle. They don't carry Guinness because they have become so corporate and have threatened to stop brewing in Ireland because of certain financial restrictions. These guys are purists and they know their stuff. The kitchen wasn't open yet, but it was in the works so should be up and running soon. We missed the live music but I think they had it frequently in the summer. Highly recommended.

“Only open a short time bur feels like a well established pub”
Reviewed 1 October 2013

Walked past this bar before opening time and decided it was one to visit later. Glad we did as "Hooker" a blues duo were playing when we returned. Friendly staff and patrons made us welcome and O'Hara's beers are a treat to sample. Old Irish pub atmosphere, was told this is the first of many O'Hara bars, will look out for the next ones.

“Craft beers only in this exciting bar”
Reviewed 18 August 2013 via mobile

Stopped in for my first pints for O'Haras craft beers this week.
Barman knew all about every beer on tap.
I'm not a lover of the ref beers or bitters but the blond ale was remarkable.
Give this bar a visit 'cod it won't disappoint
