worst hotel i have ever stayed in. staff so rude, room not ready for check in until 4 pm. noisy at night due to a hen party running around all night. car park almost impossible to find, never ever ever stay here unless you like to throw away your money. better off stayin in the local halting site

Stayed here in May with my Husband and 2 teenagers Midweek while travelling Ireland. The hotel had private car park. The location of hotel was perfect for touring Kilkenny. Rooms were nice size and clean. O´Faolains bar was fantastic a definate must see when touring Kilkenny. The restaurant were breakfast was served was lovely with friendly staff. All in all would recommend hotel to friends.

just returned from the comedy festival and had a great weekend. the staff in this hotel are so friendly from the receptionists to the bar breakfast and accommoation. housekeeping needs a little attention but our beds
it was noisy at night but what do you expect for a city centre location with late bar and night club. car park at the rear was a ittle crammed but was free to guests. ate in restaurant one night and it was really good. went down town the second night and it was great too. everyone everywhere were realy friendly. will definatly recommend this hotel and city

This hotel has a very laid back atmosphere. We went there for a college re-union, intending to stay for two days (and nights) and stayed for a week. There was no hurry in the morning to get out for the rooms to be cleaned and the girls who did the rooms were lovely.. the owners and staff seemed to work as a family. The locals in the bar were very friendly and chatty. It really was the best break we ever had.
