We came across this lovely property while strolling the streets of Kilkenny, James showed us a room & we were hooked, ended up staying 2 nights. The location is ideal, no car required, we walked everywhere, pubs, historic sites, restaurants & shops, the grounds are large & beautiful, breakfast was good & very prompt & the hosts were very informative, will come back if we ever travel back to Kilkenny, what a great little town, we loved it !!

The accommodation at this bed and breakfast is centrally located and is good value for money. It is family run and the staff are supportive and helpful. The family work as a team to make each persons stay enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms are small but are clean and stocked with all essentials.A suggestion might be to have full size wardrobes in the rooms rather than half size. There was lots of hot water for showers etc and rooms are ensuite. The gardens at the back are beautiful and offer a place to relax if the weather is fine.

Room Tip: Choose a room at the back of the house--quiet and they seem to be newer and more modern.

We stated in this BnB for two nights. It is just a few minutes away from the centre, the room was very comfortable with a clean and spacious bathroom. There are two breakfast options : full Irish And continental. We had the continental which is a lot of fresh fruits with yoghurt and cheese. Everyone was very welcoming and you can go back at any time in the evening.

Overall it was prefect for a weekend in Kilkenny.

This bed and breakfast is centrally located (within walking distance) between downtown Kilkenny, St. Canice's Cathedral, and other sites of interest. For people with their own vehicles, parking can be a little tight at times, but it's not the worst I've seen, and the drive to and from the main roads around the area is an easy one.

Lovely B&B conveniently located close to town and historical sights. Roseanne is very helpful with a wealth of information on the town and surrounding area. Her son, James, is also very friendly accommodating - especially with luggage to the rooms. The grounds were very pretty and breakfast is hearty and delicious. Overall, this B&B is a very satisfying from the minute we parked the car in the private parking lot until we continued our journey in Ireland. Well worth the visit!
