Excellent hotel. Lovely quiet area of the city. Lovely room design and the beds are extremely comfortable. Power shower is very nice to have.
Very pleasant welcome from reception on arrival and very friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Dinner is excellent and the food is locally sourced which is a big plus. Very knowledgeable and friendly waiters.
Breakfast is also excellent and cooked to order from a good choice of options from the menu.
We will definitely stay again.

It was my second stay in the hotel and it exceeded my lofty expectations. Everything about the hotel exudes class. The room was perfect and the food and wine in the restaurant were stunning. The thing that makes the hotel stand out though is the staff, they are all friendly, professional and interested in making you feel welcome, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Our two night getaway in One Pery Square could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived we were made feel welcome and at home by the highly professional, yet warm and friendly staff ( Terri, Hannah & Jennifer)
Our room was beautiful, spotless and had the best bed I've ever slept in. And a shower to die for!
The food in the restaurant was second to none and all of the restaurant staff ( Kathleen, Liam and Vincent) were extremely accommodating, helpful, knowledgable and friendly.
This was our second visit to One Pery Square and it won't be our last! Couldn't recommend it highly enough
Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable and we wish you nothing but continued success.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel but some things could be improved. My mom and I got a mother-daughter offer which included bfast, dinner at the hotel restaurant and massage. Not an amazing offer.

to be improved:

- short beds - not suitable for tall people

- dinner at the restaurant was not worth what we paid and the service was not very good either. On the other hand, we couldnt eat the dessert because we were in a rush and they brought it to our room hours later. ++

- breakfast was ok but eggs benedict etc were not very good.

- the spa does not have a pool or jacuzzis, only sauna. could be better.

good:

- very good massage + voya creams
- very nice decoration and bathroom in the room.
- light in the room
- hotel service

While our room was absolutely lovely, very spacious and charming. The Manager and all of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They also helped us with places to eat since we had our 12 year old with us. The Best service we have ever had!!!

This was our 1st stay in Number 1 Pery Square, and we chose it because of all the great reviews on Tripadvisor. We weren't disappointed.

We were checked in by the very capable and pleasant Hannah, who made us feel very welcome & showed us to our room. As previous reviewers have mentioned, each room is called after a poet. Ours was Boland, and it was very impressive. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was large and its fittings were of a very high standard. The Voya toiletries were a lovely touch , as were the bathrobes & slippers stored in the wardrobe.

We had booked a package called "Sunday Sleepover" which included access to the hotel's small, but well laid out spa. The herbal cocoon room was lovely, and the relaxation room certainly lived up to its name - I managed to fall fast asleep in there!

Our package had the included meal option of either Sunday brunch, or a meal later in the day from the hotel's "Market Value" menu. We chose the latter option. Based on previous experiences in hotel dining rooms, we weren't anticipating a meal of a very high standard, however, we experienced quite the opposite.

The menu, though quite small, was very carefully thought out & the food presentation was wonderful. Most importantly, the various dishes, from starter, to main course, to the beautifully presented strawberry dessert were faultless. The maître d' was very helpful & was genuinely interested in what we thought of each course. It was the nicest meal we have eaten in quite a long time.

We had a drink in the hotel bar, which was small, but cosy. The bar man on duty (Scottish I think) was very pleasant.

Overall then, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something a little different. The staff go out of their way to help, the décor is pleasant & the surroundings very well maintained. It's only a short walk from Limerick's main shopping area, and has a public park just opposite.
Now all I have to do is think of an excuse to go back to
Limerick, so that I can stay in Number 1 again!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this property.
The rooms far exceeded our expectations for the hotel. The beds were as soft as clouds and as soon you get in, you can not get out. The shower was also excellent in the areas of water temperature and water pressure. The staff was absolutely pleasant and generous. On our last day, we planned on getting a coffee and hot chocolate before leaving. We went to Brasserie 1 on the first floor and ordered our beverages. The kind lady at the restaurant gave us the beverages on the house along with scones. The food in Brasserie 1 and in the bar is exquisite. The presentation was picturesque and the taste was luxurious. The location by the park is lovely. Overall, this is most likely one of the best hotels – we loved it.
