“oh please!”
Reviewed 7 May 2013

this is being reviewed under the same guise as restaurants in limerick. it is not a restaurant - it is a coffee shop that serves decent coffee but very average food - i.e. plastic ham and rubber chicken in toasted sandwiches, wraps or god help us those awful paninis that are still so popular in this country. And be warned everthing is very expensive, if you want a decent lunch go elsewhere. if you want a coffee and to relax reading a magazine or newspaper this is fine, but i would hate to think of tourists visiting this place because of its rating on trip advisor as some sort of fine dining place, it is not - to reitierate, it is a coffee shop that sells average food at exorbetant prices. if you want good value and good quality for lunch then go to Zest in Pery Square.

“Best Coffee in South West”
Reviewed 2 May 2013

The coffee was very very good and the lunch wasn't bad either. The staff were friendly. It is nicely situated just off Henry St, close to main shops.

“Revamp of decor and menu a success”
Reviewed 5 November 2012 via mobile

Visited here a few times over the past two/three years and thought I'd review again seeing as the place got a facelift recently. They have a brand new menu which is yummy. The place looks lovely and bright with the new colour scheme. It's still has great coffee. It's great to see a business keep things fresh.

“Lovely coffee, general standards slipping though...”
Reviewed 23 October 2012

Visited several times & always great coffee & snacks, food is good too. However seems to have gone a bit downhill a bit over the last few months - always seems to be a table or 2 not cleaned off, bin nearly full, empty racks at the counter, etc.. 1 major problem though is the open 2 litre plastic carton of milk that's beside the lids & sugars. It's looks brutal, must be unhygenic & seriously it can't be that expensive to buy an insulated milk jug instead??
It's small things but easily fixed..

“Excellent fair trade coffee in Limerick!”
Reviewed 7 October 2012

I love this little cozy coffee house in Limerick. The ambience is suberb, but beyond that they have the best coffee in Ireland. In a culture that embaces teas coffee can be found!
I am a Flight Attendant for United Airlines and I travel the world in search of excellent "Fair Trade Coffee". Arabica Coffee Co. is by far is the best in Ireland.

Thanks Michele for your excellence!
