This day trip is described beautifully by their website. The ride through the Burren is magical in and of itself. But when you add stops at Leamenagh Castle (a quick photo op at a nice ruin) and Poulnabrone Tomb (where you're reminded of Stonehenge and you have an opportunity to watch sheep- and cattle dog demonstrations), the picturesque descent to Galway Bay, lunch at Monks Pub (next to the peat fire), a stop at Ballyreen (think "mini" cliffs of Moher without any fences--breathtaking and scary), then finally plenty of time to explore the actual Cliffs of Moher, this tour is well worth it.

You'll be glad you left the driving to someone else given the narrowness of some of the roads. And if that someone else is Frank, you're in for a fantastic education and a good many laughs. I cannot recommend this Barratt's Cliff's of Moher tour enough.

Yesterday we did the Day Trip with Frank and it was a really great day. We were just 3 and we enjoyed to Franks storys and jokes. We laughed a lot with him and the weather was great. Frank learned us some Irish words. It was such a good craic. :-)

Thanks a lot for this day!

A terrific trip to the cliffs. We were fortunate to have one of the best weather days of the year, but this would be good on even a marginal day. Wonderful scenery and info from Frank.

the whole family took the tour, 2 kids, granny and mom and dad and there was something for everyone.. Frank is the best. He's funny, very knowledgeable, and kept the guests on the coach in line when they weren't listening. I loved the stops along the way, the kids loved seeing tombs, but the highpoint was coming to the top of a hill overlooking Galway Bay and Frank stopping and singing the old American lament to come home in a lovely tenor.
Was a great trip, picked up and dropped off at the door of our villa.
Thank you

Very pleased with the trip we had to Cliffs of Moher (27 euro per person for the whole day). We were picked up right outside of our hotel in Limerick by Frank, our tour guide. He made the very informative trip that much more enjoyable with his friendly personality. The bus was clean but he seemed like the air condidtioning was broken. Normally, we wouldn't complain about the sunshine in Ireland, but because it was a gorgeous day when we went out, the bus definitely got very warm with the sun shining through. The Cliffs were amazing, most breathtaking view I've ever seen! We were given an hour and a half at the Cliffs, which was plenty of time to get in pictures and walk around, even stop at the gift shop and grab an ice cream cone. Would definitely recommend this tour company, thank you to Frank for an amazing day!
