I stayed here at new years, rooms are slightly small however still good value for money. Staff were very helpful when my friend fell ill and we had to extend our stay! Right in the city centre, great location.
Private car park as well so really handy if you are travelling by car.

Overall this hotel is grand! I am a bit paranoid about picking hotels so I use trip advisor quiet a lot. This hotel was perfect for what we needed its centrally located everything is an short walk away. Thomand is only 20mins walk. The bar down stairs had a good buzz in it after the game which was good normally hotel bars are quiet but this was good.
The rooms are small but sufficient. The only critism of the rooms I would have would be the toilet took too long to fill with water again and was quiet noisy while doing so. But keep the door closed and you won't even hear it.
I had a good sleep, there was some hallway noise at times from the lift and people come in late at night but nothing that would really upset your sleep. The room was quiet warm too which is better than it being too cold.
One big high point was the breakfast was yummy! And they had no problem with me wanted to replace the sausages with a hash brown.
All in all I would stay again it is priced as you get.

Stayed last weekend with 2 friends. Was a little shocked when I seen the size of the room. Room 108. It was tiny for 3 people. We got an excellent price for the room which is why there was no issue made of it. The point of this review is not to put people off but to say if you think the price of this hotel is cheap. It is for a reason and cheap is what you will get. I have to say it is in an excellent location. But would suggest to management that room 108 is only big enough for a double bed! Not 3 singles cm Apart. Room and bathroom was clean.

this is a small, compact hotel right in the centre of Limerick. It suits me fine for overnight business stays. the staff are friendly & efficient. The rooms are compact but very clean & tidy and have all facilities, including free wifi. It is excellent value for money.

This is well worth trying as an alternative to a lot of over priced hotels in Limerick (especially on a rugby weekend). All the staff from the receptionists to the bar staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the car park is a God send. We had requested a river view room but were given a room looking at back walls which I presume were other rooms even though the hotel was not busy. Having said that the room was fine and everywhere in the hotel smelled really fresh and clean (Pery's take note!!). Just the job for a city break if you are not fussy about public space (you have to go into the adjoining lounge bar for a bit of space.

Room Tip: Avoid room 233, lift noise kept us awake all night

We stayed as a family of four at this Hotel which is very convenient to Thomond Park Rugby Ground. On arrival we were met by a very friendly receptionist and was given the key to our room. The room was well furnished albeit the bathroom a little dated but it was very clean and presentable. We didn't eat in the restaurant as it was very busy after the match but did use it for breakfast the next day. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very efficient. The hotel is situated on Sarsfield Bridge right on the edge of the main shopping area which has a good number of shops and restaurants etc. Parking is available but we used a nearby multi-storey which offers a reduction in price for residents. I would stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Rooms 101 is directly above restaurant/bar and is noisy at night.

I stayed in a triple room with 2 friends for 1 night back in July of this year.

The room was nice, nothing outstanding. Television didn't work but the beds were comfortable.

The shower was not the greatest though. Not much power and the shower gel provided was not that good or soapy.

The food in the bar was very nice and the staff were really lovely.
