“Won't Be Back”

Just back from weekend stay. The good points: all staff very nice and helpful, excellent location, food pretty good, that's all. Bad points:- smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in, not joking it was claustrophobic. Smallest double bed ever, honestly don't think you could fit a proper double bed into the room. The pics on hotel website are very, very misleading. Room stifling but if you opened the window the noise from the hotel bar at 1.00am was ridiculous. No hope of any sleep after a long and tiring day. Beds extremely uncomfortable, we were very disappointed with this hotel. Would not recommend it at all.

One stay after a flight from the USA - Nice hotel, AC like a lot of hotels open the window. I never got to eat breakfast the young lady was serving on her own and was very busy so I got missed, lots of Stag and Hen nights. Very Noisy at night until 12:30 - Staff very friendly. get there early and you can get a free parking space. Ideal location on the front for bars and places to eat and next to the main shopping area. problem with the lights in the room appeared to be on a timer of about 2 minutes

We stayed here on a hen that we were organising. The girls could not have been more helpful with all our requests. We had a great experience from check in to check out. The food was excellent and great value for money. The rooms were also great value for money and the hotel is so central its just a two minute walk from town.Overall a great experience and I would have no hesitation to recommend it

Perfect central location, 2 minute walk to main shopping area and 5 minute walk to Thomond park. Beside the river, lovely location, handy underground Carpark, nice bar, clean rooms, large bathroom very comfortable beds. Lovely and friendly staff. As we have a toddler we requested a travel cot and the one they provided was spotless and very new. Lovely breakfast included in the price which they served until midday!! Would definitely come back x

Good hotel - central to everything you need in Limerick. Christine on reception is the font of all knowledge for everything in Limerick. The only down side to this hotel is the lack of air con which would have been nice as we stayed when it was hot (Last week). didnt use the bar so cant comment on that. We did have breakfast which was OK, not sure that charging extra for a poached egg instead of a fried egg is a good idea though.

Room Tip: would recommend upgrading to a river view room
