I visited the LCGA just a couple of days ago and found the space really intriguing. The current exhibition is part of the EVA International Visual Arts Biennial and it has transformed the space, capitalising on the recent renovations to bring a sense of re-invigoration to the exhibition space. A striking transformation has occurred where the permanent collection had been housed with the installation of suspended scultural pieces relating to freshly painted dynamic shapes on the walls, Eva is on until August 12th so I'm excited to see what comes next! The cafe is pretty darn good too, a nice selection of salads and light lunches with teas, coffees and seductive sweet treats. I could easily spend the day here and with the beautiful People's Park on the doorstep it's the perfect way to spend a Summer's Day.
