Very nice hotel. The rooms were lovely and the pool nice. The breakfast selection was brilliant and the staff were nice. Only downside was that the room was not ready at the check in time and that ourTeenager was only allowed in the pool at certain times. But overall we would definitely recommend the hotel and limerick as a city !

Noddypooh, many thanks for taking the time to share your positive feedback, it means a lot to the team here at the hotel. We do have restricted pool times for children which are in place to faciltatate adults having time in the pool area while availing of spa treatments. Regarding check in we do where possible offer early check in but with this being a very busy time of year it is not always possible. We will take your comments on board as we are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures so as to improve our offerings.

Hope to see you again soon in Limerick

My family stayed at this hotel recently and we really enjoyed our stay. One of our party is wheelchair bound and we found that the hotel met our needs very well. We ate in the bar on one evening and in the restaurant on the other evening of our stay and both meals were excellent. There is a lovely pool and a small playground which my son loved. The room service breakfast was superb on both mornings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed only one night but first impressions of the hotel were good it has a lovely reception area and the staff welcoming and friendly. We used the spa the hot tub very inviting but you do need a swim hat to use the pool we also had some beauty treatments which is very relaxing and also the staff very friendly. The rooms are clean and very big and had all the basics. The breakfast was amazing just so much choice we didn't have evening meal as we found a restaurant in Limerick (The steak out)we wanted to try. I think the hotel needs a little tlc but I believe this is in progress as the landscape gardeners were hard a work when we left , we would defiantly like to return one day as it was a pleasant stay

I stayed in this hotel in July 2014. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the food in Quench Bar was excellent, the spa/leisure facilities were top class and the staff very friendly and helpful. its also in a perfect location, minutes from Limerick city, but also very close to Bunratty Castle, and on the road towards Ennis/West Clare!
