“Great day out”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

Visited here Sunday past, this was our second visit and both times we have not been disappointed. It has something for kids of all ages ( even the big ones ) and with the water not being deep you don't need to worry that some children can't swim. There was a bit of a queue for the big slides which is expected anyway . We will defiantly be back again :)

“Better than I thought”
Reviewed 10 May 2014 via mobile

Had a great time with 6 year old son. He didnt like the big slides but enjoyed the toddler area. Maybe after a few more visits he will go for the bigger slides. Life guards really good, showing and helping kids that are a bit nervous. €12 each seemed a little steep but after 2 hours it was worth it.

“Lots of fun!”
Reviewed 26 April 2014

Great day out for kids of all ages. Went with family friends so there were 7 children ranging from 6 to 14. They all had a ball. Only thing I would say its maybe not so adult friendly as the likes of Lisburn leisureplex or Aurora in Bangor ie. there is nowhere to actually swim like a wave pool or lazy river. It meant that once you were wet you actually got really cold. All in all it was great value for money as we were able to use the Kellogg's cereal voucher where an adult goes free for every paying child. Thankfully we went on the 1st Monday of the school easter hols which was quiet in comparison to what it usually is!

“Wouldn't go back”
Reviewed 24 April 2014

We took our 4 kids to the funtasia waterpark during the Easter hols. Arrived about 1.30pm and had to queue nearly 30 mins to get our tickets. The changing and locker area was extremely cramped and crowded although the size of the cubicles themselves wasn't bad. You can't actually swim here as there is no water deeper than mid-calf except the out-of-bounds pool where the scary chutes end. We had to shout at the top of our voices to hear each other. There were drips of water falling everywhere, it felt like being outside in torrential rain at times and my 4 year old hates water in her face. She couldn't go on any slides except a couple of tiny short ones, even if she had been accompanied by an adult. She clung to me the whole time and wanted to go home. My husband took one of our older girls on the boomerang - they thought it was great but had to queue about 15mins to get on it so didn't feel like waiting for another turn. My 10 year old couldn't wait to leave, the noise of the place gave him a pounding headache. Total waste of money.
