This "hotel" is awful. I stayed here for one night last weekend and I was never so disappointed in any hotel I have stayed in. We arrived and our room was still not clean. We were told to come on in and wait until the cleaner had finished. Our room was looking onto the street and the window sill was flooded with water as it was leaking. the dark green carpet was saturated in rain water. We initially left the room to go for a walk down town and from the street we noticed that there was a new curtain put in in our window. Some staff member had entered our room when we were out without any notice. Throughout the night we couldn't sleep due to loud noise as our room was situated right at the elevator, no wifi, no comfort, no heating in the room, awful management who had no interest in our concerns, dirty towels, 6 stations on tv, 2 rte1, 2utv and 2 rte2! I would never recommend anyone to stay in this over priced, horrible "hotel".

Room Tip: Just don't book any room in this hotel. There are so many guest houses and other hotels in the a...

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is old fashioned but very welcoming and friendly. It seemed to me to be really catering for tourists and families rather than business people.
Location is very central, nice food, extremely pleasant staff but the rooms are very outdated.

Overall good value for money

Delightful restaurant and the atmosphere created by the staff is heart warming. The restaurant is really good value considering the quality and presentation of the food. The restaurant setting is quaint and well laid out... The bedroom that we stayed in was spacious and very clean with the usual tv ect... As a hotel in Westport it is ideally located in the town centre and very very covienient to Matt Molloys pub which is always a favourite with me.....

We stayed for two nights, room was lovely felt newly decorated and very comfortable. Filtered water in rooms etc had dinner in hotel first night - was delicious!!! Said was 3 courses but was additional sorbet etc between courses so much flavour in food and staff very friendly and attentive!! Breakfast next morning was the same large choice of hot food and lots of pastries and fruit. The location is perfect you are right in centre of Westport! Parking available under hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Westport and we'll hopefully be back

After coming to Westport for the day we decided to try Mill times hotel for a spot of lunch after reading such good reviews of it i thought it would be mind blowing but far from it .From the moment we walked in the television was so loud you could not hear your self think but we decided to stay and try the food out .We were sat at a table where every TOM DICK AND HARRY walking pass you which was a bit off putting .We ordered Lamb and Turkey respectively. My lamb was a very strange grey colour which i have not witnessed before .There wasnt much taste to it a bit like the warmed up vegetables broccoli and cauliflower and the mash potatoe a classic i thought but again had no taste to it its not rocket science but i feel the food was poor .There was some kind of sauce in the veg dish which was very thin and didnt coat any of the veg which i presume was meant to .My friend who was really looking forward to her lunch after having a few weeks of trauma and distress but her turkey was very dry i could go on about the food but will leave it .The service was not very proffesional with young waitresses working under no supervision and no training of any kind by the looks of it ..Overall an unhappy experience which my friend was so looking forward to .May be i went on a bad day reading the reviews If i come to Westport again i woudnt go in the Mill times for anything to eat .
