We had sunday lunch last week and we were impressed with the standard of service provided to us. The General Manager, Mr Lee went to great lengths to ensure that we were made welcome with our children which wouldn't always be the norm when you arrive with a family of small children. We will return as a result of his kind and professional manner

We have stayed here before and gladly rebooked to enjoy another visit to Westport. We received a very warm welcome from Sarah Jane at reception who kindly phoned us when our room was ready as we arrived too early for check in.
Westport is a very vibrant town and we enjoyed a stroll before dinner at the hotel which was excellent. Our room 333 is their executive suite which is very large and spacious and contains a lovely four poster bed and an enormous Jacuzzi bath.
We had to cut our three night stay early due to family commitments and reception staff were very understanding. We will certainly book in here next time we need to head west

Room Tip: Room 333 is excellent and very popular. Book early!

Although we didn't stay at the hotel, we had my hen party dinner here! From the moment I walked into the hotel I was made feel like a celeb! The staff were so nice and friendly. The food was amazing and had a great choice of menu-they even had a personalised menu with my picture on it! They really went above and beyond with EVERYTHING including free drink! Would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a great location to celebrate their hen/stag party!!

Reasonable hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast was OK. They offer a very decent "continental" breakfast for €7.50 if you don't want another cooked breakfast. Ask for a room at the back as the front rooms were rather noisy. But then it is a very central location. Limited parking.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Very friendly staff but most of all really gorg food. The room was a bit lower standard than we normally go for but overall we would definitely return. So close to centre and great bar :)

hotel was in a great location central in the town of westport. Room was ok only a couple of small issues the bed was very soft not easy to get in and out of. Also the tv was a bit dated but otherwise the room was fine. The parking underground was very tight getting in and out. Besides that a very nice hotel nice bar and staff were nice.

We have been travelling around England and Ireland for three weeks now and this was the first time that the receptionist at any of our accommodation has started by introducing herself. We're knew then that she has pride in her establishment - thanks Sharon! The hotel has underground car parking for about a dozen cars, with a lift to the reception on the ground floor, and this was a real bonus for us. We were given room 337 and although it faced due east, the strong morning sun (yes, sun in Ireland, in spite of rumours to the contrary!) was completely blocked out by the heavy curtains. The room had a double and a single bed and a very adequate bathroom with a good strong shower. The Hotel is within easy walking distance to the shopping precinct. Sharon also (probably inadvertently) gave us a laugh as we left - with us being used to summer temperatures in Australia of 35 to 40 degrees, she said "They tell me it's 15 degrees already - if this keep up it's going to be a real scorcher!" Thanks to Sharon and al the staff at The Mill Times Hotel for a very happy and most comfortable time.
