Called into Hardagons on a pleasant,if windy, Saturday afternoon. I was previously disappointed by food here but should point out that it is a decent pub with knowledgeable staff.
I spotted a draught/craft called Franciscan Well stout and was advised that it was a bit creamier and fruitier than Guinness. It was just that and delicious - not a session beer but a cracking alternative to Guinness. we were only staying for one as my cousin was driving but we went out to the smoking area as it was such a nice day and the shelter provided by the surrounding buildings made for a leisurely hour or so.
