“Nice refurbishment”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 May 2014 via mobile

We returned to check out the recent refurbishment and menu on a trip back to Sligo. Decor is very trendy in the bar area and the dining area is open and connected. The colours are nice & light fittings draw it together. The menu has some changes and the food was fresh, hot and excellent table service and attention to detail. Well done!

“Excellent Italian Meal”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

First visit to Sligo and dropped in to sample this restaurant in the Italian Quarter . The meal was first rate and the service wonderful. Our waitress (Rachael) was exceptionally pleasant and contributed to making the meal the great experience it was.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant and will certainly use it on my next visit to Sligo.

“Excellent”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 April 2014

Stopped at this restaurant in the Italian quarter by chance. What a great experience. We were met by Philip, the manager, who greeted us most warmly and assured us we could still avail of the early bird. The bison burger was recommended and it was the tastiest burger I have had. My wife couldn't finish her Thai green curry which she described as delicious as there was so much. The presentatation of both meals exemplified a chef who had pride in his cooking. As the kitchen was effectively open plan we could see and smell the flavour of the fodd being cooked. Being served by the effusive and most helpful Tommy only enhanced a lovely experience and lovely meal. There was a great 'buzz' in the restaurant which created a nice ambience. And all at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit if you are down that way.

“Over rated and over priced”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 April 2014

Ordered a steak and due to the price I was expecting good nice food, could have cooked a better meal at home myself for half the price. Place was freezing, wanted to put my jacket on the whole time I was there. Rude chef...over all very unimpressed.
