“Great Attraction”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

We traveled from Dublin for a day just to see the crystal factory and it was definitely worth our time and effort. Our tour guide Paul was friendly and knowledgeable, and we thought it was fascinating to see the entire process, and the skill that goes into making a beautiful piece of crystal.

“better than expected”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

I really enjoyed this much more than I thought i would. Our guide was lovely and the making of a waterford crystal is very interesting. In the store, I just wanted to purchase one little thing but could not seem to get any help so I left.

“How its done”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

If you're interested in house glass is made and how becomes crystal be sure you stop at the Waterford Crystal factory and take their tour. It takes you from blowing up the glass to how its cut and polished. It's worth the price of admission to see how it's done. When you are finished you understand why crystal is so expensive.

Staff interactive and friendly. Holding the Irish Cup special. Good value. Surprisingly, some crystal trinkets are affordable

“The best tour of the trip!”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

We were on a bus tour for 15 days and this was a scheduled stop. I am very glad it was. I have owned and been a fan of the crystal for years but seeing how it's made was phenomenal!
Excellent and interesting tour.
