Helen and Tom Mullally runs a very nice B&B at Cork Road, about 15 minutes walk from the centre. This is not a hotel it is a family run B&B which is kept clean, it is quiet and it is easy to access. It is nice to find a private parking in the backyard. Though Cork Road is close you do not hear the traffic. The breakfast is excellent and you have a choice either to gain weight or keep your weight. I have stayed a total of 6 weeks at St. Albans doing locums at Waterford Regional Hospital and do recommend it as I have been very well taken care of by Helen and Tom.

This B and B was amazing. I recommend it. The staff are lovely and they did everything possible to accomodate me, including catering for my diet requirements as a vegetarian, the breakfast was amazing, even now I still think about it and can't wait to go back. Thanks to all the staff you were wonderful

I stayed here one Saturday night in June. I should have know better when it was the only place that had rooms left that night!
The room was very bare and plain, it had single beds and wardrobe with no doors. The bathroom didnt look very clean, we chose to leave the next morning without using the shower as it didnt look very inviting. It was more like a hostel but with B&B prices. Also the staff decided to have a very loud conversation outside our door very early the next morning, no chance of a lie-in then as the walls were very thin. I have stayed in a few B&Bs around Ireland that were much nicer than this place and were't any more expensive. Not recommended.

Room Tip: Försök att få ett rum på baksidan, för det är livlig trafik på gatan utanför.
