Myself and my boyfriend passed it and decided to go in.
We had the Cajun chicken ciabatta with bacon and Cajun Mayo! It came with chips and salad and was just lovely! The lady serving us was also a delight.
The selection of craft beers was fab which is always a plus. We had rebel red and o haras IPA .. What a lovely find!

Enjoyed lunch here on my own, staff friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed some wonderful craft beers. Worth a visit if you are in Wexford. Centrally located on Main St. Nice beer garden.

“Lovely bar and great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 August 2014

We chanced upon Simon's Place when looking for a bite to eat and decided to check it out. We found a lovely, quiet but sociable establishment, with atmospheric furnishings and quite simply the best smoking area I've ever seen!

The food we had was relatively simple pub fare, lasagne and bacon with cabbage, but both meals were good value with good portions, well presented and well cooked. The toilets were spotless, the range of beers available were excellent and we were so impressed with the place we returned for a drink later on the same day.

Thoroughly recommended.

“Simon's the Place for a pint”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 July 2014 via mobile

We dropped into Simon's Place for a drink during our stay in Wexford. I was impressed by the extensive selection of Irish craft beers and duly chose a sweet ale from Kinsale. There was a quiet relaxed atmosphere in spacious comfortable surroundings. I would recommend this bar to anyone looking for a good drink and a chat.
