Blessington Lakes are reachable by car from Dublin about 40 minutes drive from Dublin.
They are besides Blessington Village. The lakes lie in the beautiful scenery of Wickow Co., there are two lakes there and they are used as a damn for drinking water supply for people.
I really recommend to visit this place, because it's a peaceful corner of the Wicklow garden with
cleanest water compare to River Liffey or the Canal Water in Dublin.
We were there with the van with the tour company " Put the hands On", the driver of the Van was Tom O'Connell, he was very informative. Thanks.
