“Winding through County Wicklow”
Reviewed 13 September 2013

One for the experienced and those just starting out walking more seriously. Some of the hills are quite challenging. Good luck.

“Highlight of our trip”
Reviewed 23 August 2013

This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Ireland. Unfortunately we were not there long enough. walling through the forests on the well guided trail was so lovely!

“Heavenly, Surreal!”
Reviewed 16 August 2013

The scenery is absolutely fabulous.
Unfortunately, I travelled solo, so I chose not to venture what couples managed to explore.

“Great walk”
Reviewed 12 August 2013

We had a great walk along the Wicklow Way from Aughavanagh to Glenmalure. We then had a lovely lunch (and a few well earned pints) at the beautiful Glenmalure Lodge.

“A big bowl of fresh air”
Reviewed 9 August 2013

We've just finished the Wicklow way (we actually started from Drumgoff and back to Dublin) and we loved it. As a 1st trekking experience it was the best we could have chosen. The trail is suitable for beginners eventhough it can be quite challenging at times, especially with the backpack, but the wonderful things we get to see are so worth it! In one day you pass through very different landscapes, sometimes in the deep of the forest, sometimes on sheep land or next to a lake... but always beautiful. One of the advantages is also that there is accomodation available all along so no need to carry a tent and camping equipment. My only regret is that we dind't do it before!
