staff friendly, Rooms quiet a good size and clean...Had a room at the back which was good coz didn't hear the traffic..
Only bad thing was the air con... it didn't work well.. well not for cooling the room down..this was the case in other rooms as well...I asked other people..
If you wanted breakfast you buy a voucher and go in the service station where food can be bought..
Free wifi in rooms which was good.

Room Tip: there are smoking rooms so if your a none smoker ask.. get a room in the back and upstairs if you like your window open.

Staff are very professional and friendly.Staff did there best to make or stay a comfortable one.

The only thing i do not like is that pets ie Dogs are allowed to stay in the rooms, i felt this to be unhygienic.

Need some money spending on this place, threadbare carpets, old straw like uncomfortable mattresses. Won't be staying here again unless it is the only hotel in the area available (which it was) which is why I ended up there, maybe that is the exact reason it had vacancies. Staff were polite.
So new carpets and beds would be a start, maybe clean the brown scum in the shower corners too. Wonky and loose toilet seat (room 223).

No doubt about it, Days Inn are getting to be very acceptable. This one had air conditioning which was wonderful when the temperature outside was 32 and thundery.
Room was clean enough but frayed carpet stopped it being 100%.
Security at the service area looked good with lots of cameras.
Rooms have showers but not bath which may be important with young children although shower was large and even had a seat.
Not far from Peterbourough but nothing else around as it is on the A1

For a hotel at the motorway services it is better than I expected. Rooms are quiet and spacious once you are inside. There is a choice of breakfast places in the services through an adjoining corridor. I used Le Petit Four for this. Note free parking for hotel users.
