We went for afternoon tea on a Sunday as special treat for our 25th wedding anniversary.
We had to book some time in advance to make sure of the date we required as the afternoon tea is very popular.
We had pink champagne with our tea as it was a special occasion.
The tea, in the Belmont room, consists of a pot of tea of your choice from the 18 on offer, sandwiches as many as you want, two mini scones with cream and jam and three of the Bettys heavenly miniature cakes.
Whilst you are enjoying your food the pianist is playing and this coupled with the setting, the helpful staff and the ambience make it a memorable and special occasion.
