We stayed in a room at the back which was not noisy at all , considering the location in the centre of Harrogate. The furnishings were very modern, the room large and the bathroom fully tiled and very warm all night. The towels were lovely and warm for a shower in the morning. Breakfast was served in a restaurant in the basement where there is also a restaurant open to the public for meals at lunch time and evenings. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is some parking at the back which costs £6.

Perfect venue for the conference centre. Staff helpful and friendly. Food in attached restaurant "Signatures" excellent although can't comment on Breakfast as was not included on my rate. Room was one of the best rooms I have stayed in on many trips. Great bed, chair, table, armchair and TV. Good complimentary coffee and teas. Would return happily

We were relocated to this hotel after the Best Western Cedar Court "lost"our booking made 6 weeks previously. The public areas are a bit shabby and could do with an upgrade, but the room was lovely (in the annexe at the back). (We had been upgraded to a Deluxe room) The only thing missing was that the bath robes and slippers that are supposed to be in the Deluxe room were not there but we didnt realise they were supposed to be until after we left. Parking is limited and charged for. The breakfast was very good.
All in all our weekend was not ruined by the relocation to this hotel.

We stayed here for one night in October last year, Our room was on the ground floor just around the corner from reception so could be quite loud with people walking past but this didn't really bother us, lovely big room with everything you need so no complaints there. The staff were lovely, phoning us taxi's and helping us out with info on where to go out etc that night. The hotel bar is lovely. Would stay here again if we were ever back in Harrogate.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area yet only a stones throw away from the HIC and a few minutes walk to the centre and Betty's. Nice area, nice accommodation and nice friendly staff who make you feel welcome. We did not have dinner but the breakfast was good with very good service.

Room Tip: Rooms in the Annex are nice and quiet

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk into Harrogate. The room we stayed in was excellent, large and very comfortable at the rear of the main hotel. We ate in the restaurant at night, the menu had a good choice and the food was well presented and of good quality. However, the hotel was full and there was not enough staff at breakfast, we had to ask for toast and coffee and had finished our meal before they arrived. Although the hotel says it has a car park there are not enough spaces for all the rooms and they charge for parking per night, which is something they don't advertise. There is on-street parking nearby but this is not ideal. Don't let this put you off, for the price the hotel was good value and we really enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: We had room 2306 - go for it!!

Stayed here on business for 3 nights recently. Comfortable, quiet and clean. I would definitely stay again. Dined in restaurant one night. Food good but staff could have been more attentive. Good choice at breakfast. Be careful of the bath mats. They don't stick to the bath very well and I nearly had a nasty tumble.
