Booking was a pain needed a room for 2 adults 4 children they kept putting me on hold then saying reception wouldn't answer and would ring me back took 3 attempts to book!our room was big and nice, bathroom was very dated shower poor,.
Went to pool it was poorly maintained facilities untidy I thought
That's my downside hotel is grand very big with attentive staff lots going on I see why reception never answered always busy breakfast really good.
Good location handy for town short walk even with toddlers,
It was fine but I don't think I would stay again.
