First stay at this particular Premier Inn and loved it. Great location on the outskirts of Harrogate in a very quiet area away from the busier shops and bars etc. Very quiet at night, very clean and newly decorated rooms. Probably one of the best rooms we have stayed in, in a Premier Inn. And we have stayed in quite a few up and down the country. Didn't visit the pub next door although other people in our party did and said it was nice. Brill having the train station and buses nearby. Reception staff friendly. Couldn't really fault it! Will return when in Harrogate.

We usually stay at travelodges for odd weekends away, but as Premier had an offer of £19 per night we decided to try the Harrogate one, very good location, Table table restaurant excellent especially as we had a 50% off food bill voucher, staff excellent and helpful. Rooms a touch better than travelodge, found towels to be very thin though. Would deffo stay again at Premier, but not at the walk in price which was £72 for the Sat night, with breakfast on top is not a good deal. £8.25 for breakfast seemed over the top, but it did look good.

Premier Inn are always at a good standard so it's hard to make comments without sounding over-critical. Here's the best bits: lots of free parking, close to a railway station, easy drive into Harrogate, very friendly receptionist (Victoria - thanks!), decent bar next door, clean and tidy rooms, peaceful location. Just one negative: the bed was very hard and I could feel the springs in my back all night!

(Friendly note to Premier Inn - buy some comfy beds and you have cracked it!)

This is the 3rd time we have visited this hotel, i must say as someone who is involved in the hospitality industry myself, i dont believe you will find a better hotel anywhere at this price point(£39 per night). The hotel is clean, tidy, well maintained and well equipped and customer service is exceptional, everything you need for a great short trip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Will be returning ourselves.

As our usual first choice hotel was fully booked, we needed to find somewhere else to stopover on our drive from Ayrshire to Hertfordshire. We also wanted a location near to the A1. After checking out the relevant reviews on tripadvisor (as we always do) we opted for this hotel and we were very pleased we did. There are many more highly rated hotels in the UK that could learn much from how Premier Inns run their business. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff, right through to the very comfortable rooms and the excellent meals (in this case provided by Table Table) it was a very very pleasant stay. We shall certainly visit here again and would have no hesitation in trying other Premier Inns in the future.

We stayed here for the weekend at the start of december. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. The pub that is joined to the hotel is very nice and the food is good. The train station is only 2 minutes from the hotel and comes every 30 minutes for harrogate. To walk into harrogate would take about 20 minutes.Ideal location for harrogate.

Booked in for only one night, but the level of customer service provided at this hotel was second to none, that I have ever seen at any other hotel.
This started when we arrived to book in and our room was not ready. We were given another without delay.
The room was very clean and tidy and modernlly decorated, as was the bathroom, without mildew which is often present even in the so called top hotels.
We were served at breakfast where the highest level of customer service was provided by a member of staff who went out of their way to see to our needs. When we looked for the manager to inform them of this excellent customer service, as these things generally go un-noticed, we discovered that the member of staff was infact Andy the general maager who was helping out. This hotel is obviously ran from the top down demonstrating the highest level of customer service. You can keep your often over-rated so called posh hotels. Clean, tidy excellent customer service what more do you need.
