Berties has been open a few months right by a bus stop on the main Harrogate Knaresborough road with disc parking round the corner, quite a bonus in harrogate which deserves it's reputation as a nightmare for parking. The decor is modern and if the weather is good enough the tables are outside. We popped in for a coffee and the stickiest best brownie that I can remember, chocolate for me and peanut for my wife. The young lady who served us was friendly and helpful, giving me a taste of the lunch ham and turkey casserole. It was so good that we took a generous pot home for tea. Highly recommended for a coffee and a cake and more substantial stuff.
