My wife and I used to love the Dandelion. It had some great pieces of furniture (some of which is now in our possession) and some unusual and odd pieces of high-quality bric-a-brac. It was also a nice alternative to Gloucester Antiques Centre, which can be a bit pricey.

However, on a recent visit, the place resembled a cheap junk shop. None of the quality stock was evident. Instead, it was just a collection of tat that no one in their right mind would choose to have in their home. Spray-painted cheap mock Edwardian sideboard, anyone?

Such a shame, as this used to be a great place for a half-hour browse. There was also a nice little café, which has now closed.
