We visited this restaurant on our way home after a weekend away and had a really nice meal. The food was tasty, hot and well presented and the service was fast and efficient.I would highly recommend this restaurant.

“Family Meal”
Reviewed 31 May 2013

Good quality food and free salads made a great occasion, we were booked but when we arrived we were told that they did not take bookings, and then our table was found ? I would check this very carefully if coming a distance to use a Harvester again.

“Harvester in need of some help from HQ”
Reviewed 19 May 2013

I visited this Harvester 17/05 at around 6.30/7.00pm as we always have visited this chain and find them to be reliable. On arrival we had a quick reception and were seated very quickly. The restaurant was packed and to be fair the planning of the table layout made it seem like a food court.
The Harvester HQ need to look at a bit of creative restaurant seating and give this one a face lift. The food was as good and the salad cart was well stocked. the staff were grat, they really were run off their feet.

I would not put anyone off this Harvester, I am just saying its not the best out there and it has the potential to be better than it is.

“Most enjoyable”
Reviewed 8 May 2013

We visited the Harvester closes to our hotel as we have never been disappointed at any Harvester that we have visited in the past. The Salmon Leap Harvester is friendly, the food was good and the service was excellent. The waitress Tash who served us (04th May 2013) was a credit to the business and her great service and friendly smile encouraged us to return again the second night. The service by the waitress Nettie was as good (05th May 2013) as the night before and we said Thank You to everyone at the Salmon Leap Harvester.................See you again when we are next in Gloucester.

“£8.60 for a jacket potato!!!”
Reviewed 18 April 2013 via mobile

We went to the Harvester and went straight to the main course. We both decided to have piri piri skewers with a jacket potato and peas. Our food arrived and there was two mini skewers with a small potato and a couple of spoonfuls of peas. Firstly most of the peas were rock hard they wouldn't mash and you were unable to eat them. Secondly the chicken was pink inside and in some spots it looked raw. The only thing we could eat was the potato £16.00 for two potatoes is pretty poor not impressed Harvester
