Looking for somewhere to take youngsters near Gloucester?
Try St James City Farm!!
We popped in around 3.00 one afternoon with a 15 month child and it was great!
It a charity based outfit with youngsters working around all the time. Parking was easy on the street and you just wondered in. An assortment of animals which changes. We saw goats and sheep, ducks and turkeys, cows, rabbits and guinea pigs.
Its not big but it kept our grand daughter very happy for about an hour.
They have a nice little cafe where ice creams and snacks are available at very low prices or make a donation.
Its old school, simple and slightly shabby but the staff were kind and helpful.
Would recommend for youngsters - don't forget to wash your hands and avoid it if you are pregnant when there is lambing.
