“Very interesting & informative visit”
Reviewed 1 May 2014

My wife and I visited as part of a group of 40 and were treated to a guided tour of the manufacturing facilities in groups of 10. Our guide, Aneesha, was very good, well informed and described the various processes very well-I particularly appreciated the small mobile amplifier she used as I suffer with poor hearing but she came across loud & clear! I have toured several pottery/ceramic factories in the past (as part of my job) but never one that used 22 carat gold! The buffet lunch in their restaurant was very good and I would wholeheartedly recommend this Visitor Centre for a 1/2 day trip.

“Really interesting and enjoyable and value for money.”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

Really enjoyed our guided tour of the factory. Our tour was led by Jay who was knowledgable and really interesting. What's more, our party, some of which are hard of hearing, could hear every word she said. Well worth a visit, highly recommended.j

“Shop selection is incredible”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

Only had time to visit the shop so can't comment on the rest. Selection in the shop was amazing, even just to see. There were lots of things on sale - mostly accent plates, "slightly imperfect" pieces and the less intricate patterns. Staff is friendly, and if you plan to have anything shipped home note that the shipping dept leaves early afternoon, before shop closes.
