We stayed for a couple of nights and used the hotel as a base to explore the local area, including the Cotswolds. We stayed in a superior room which was comfortable, those Marriott beds are always a winner! We didn't eat dinner here but breakfast on both mornings was good, and the dining room not too busy. It takes about 15 minutes to walk up to Swindon Old Town, where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants.

We booked in for the dining package - one nights stay, 3 course meal & breakfast. In addition to this you are able to use the pool & leisure facilities. Excellent value for money! All staff were polite & friendly, food was good & the rooms clean & spacious. Perfect for a relaxing night away :o)

Room tip: Asks for preferences on booking - all were met.

Stayed here 6th May for 2nts. From the moment we checked in we found the staff very friendly. Rooms were very bright and clean. Swimming pool great no issues with the kids being in there. And the breakfast was great huge choice and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Overall had a great weekend away and would definitely stay again.

From the moment you walk into the foyey its warm and friendly, all the staff do their best in a professional and efficient manner.

The room was large and well laid out, the bed incredible comfortable, bathroom clean and fresh.

The meal was fresh and well presented, the wine a little expense!

Will be going back for sure!

Just returned from weekend break at Marriott Hotel. Booked through Superbreak, great deal including breakfast 2 days and dinner on first night. Room was comfortable with excellent facilities. Free swimming in their Leisure centre which ajoins hotel. The pool was like getting into a bath, lovely and warm. Drove into Bath on Saturday takes approximately 50 minutes. Good shopping at nearby Swindon. GWR museum closes at 5pm

Room tip: Room 135 quiet, overlooks roof, didn't notice
