“Good, but a bit worn now”

Oasis swimming pool is fab for the kids. Lots to do for all ages, slides for all ages so great fun for all the family. I imagine when it was built it was fabulous, but it is looking a bit worn and tired now. Could probably do with a bit of a refurb. Changing rooms are spacious and they have lots of family cubicles which is great! On busy days they limit your time in to 60mins, but to be honest the wrist band system didn't seemed to be policed that much, so marine you could stay n longer, as it is a lot to pay for an hour.

Thank Carrie I

Visited here for the first time in years and was disappointed at how run down it looked. Even since it was taken over in June, it doesn't look much different and (possibly) more tatty as the new logos have just been put on stickers over the old ones. We arrived just after 1100 and it was untidy as it it had been open all day already!

This was saved from a 'poor' rating by really good food from the cafe - better quality than expected but service was scruffy. Definitely grab something to eat if you are waiting around for anything.

I'm now eagerly awaiting what the new management start to do with the place (and when!).

Don't get me wrong I loved coming here as a kid but now it's looking a bit sorry for itself. Needs a major revamp but please keep the dome!

Took children to enjoy the flumes and wave machine here. Had a great time here, although it's hard to ignore that the oasis needs a proper refurbishment. Everything is old and poorly repaired rather than replaced.

My advice is to visit and have a fun time because I foresee the day that this place is torn down due to everything needing replacement at once. Lockers are £1.20 with £1 returned afterwards (large enough for 4 people to share one without large coats/handbags etc.)

Th epool could be so nice but the changing area really lets it down - dont look up as you can see the dirt piling up on the air conditioing. The gym is well equiped but the guys that work there are not very helpful or proactive - ive seen people lifting weights very badly and never seen any one offer to help.

Glad its recently been taken over - hopefully this will improve
