Rooms clean, staff helpful, breakfast good and kids eat free! Parking good, good location. Overall very good and for a budget hotel it is one of the better ones that I've stayed at. Well done.............

We stayed here after a wedding reception in Bibury and thought that as we had the postcode our sat nav would find it. Unfortunately the road network around the hotel had recently been re-built and we drove around for some time and eventually got dierctions from a transport café.
Having found it we received a warm welcome and as requested were accommodated on the ground floor next to our in laws who have mobility problems.
Both rooms were clean and well maintained
Breakfast the next day was good with cooked breakfasts cooked to order.
All in all a pleasant overnight stay.

Room Tip: Just ask when booking and staff will do their best to put you in the best room for your needs

Stayed at this hotel for one night for local sporting event with baby. Staff were really friendly and helpful, hotel was clean with free parking and very comfortable room. Had dinner at pub restaurant adjoining hotel, had low expectations based on stays at similar hotel chains but had excellent meal at reasonable price with good range of real ales. Would definitely recommended this hotel.

Stayed here a few times now ready for the dog racing across the road.

Always had very good service and rooms immaculate. Staff very friendly at all times day or night. You can choose your choice in pillow be it firm or soft.

Only downside was the Chef and Brewer pub next door - food was awful.

We stayed here for one night. All was expected so far as the room was concerned (lots of purple and Lenny Henry everywhere!) and staff very professional. The 'Maze' of corridors may not suit the claustrophobic or those returning from a 'heavy' night out! The location is quiet and convenient for the A419. Improvements that would have made our stay more acceptable would have been a supply of bottled water in the room and complimentary biscuits with the coffee/tea provided. A small detail that is standard in other places we have stayed. At £67 (also quoted at £71 elsewhere) for a double we rejected the offer of paying a further £8.75 each for breakfast. Friends of our stayed in the local pub and had a double room with en-suite and full English breakfast included for £50. I would have thought Premier Inn's buying power would allow them to offer a better deal than we received, to include breakfast. I assume because they do not own the eating establishments that they have no control over the food charges? Either way, that's an area of their business worth looking at. I would have rated it more highly if that were the case.

Room Tip: Avoid one that overlooks the car park if you like your window open....the early morning wake up call...

We had a lovely quiet room (which I had requested beforehand) and therefore we had a maze of corridors to get there, but quiet as requested so no complaints. Sheets and a fan provided due to the hot weather. We stay at Premier Inn a lot, and this room was set out a bit differently which I liked. Probably not quite as up to date as some, but gave us much more clothes hanging space, and we had dimmer switches which was very nice. TV smaller than others but that didn't bother us at all. Staff very friendly and helpful. Slept well, no complaints. Unfortunately didn't rate the attached restaurant so went into town on our second night for dinner.

Room Tip: Always phone ahead to request a quiet room

Decent enough hotel within walking distance of the Greyhound Racing. Room was what you expect, nice touch to have a fan on in the room on arrival. We didn't stray too far from the hotel and track so have no idea if there were any other amenities close by. We ate lunch in the restaurant /pub next door which was well priced and good quality unfortunatley we had to take breakfast there too and despite having a list of rooms to expect, the 2 members of staff simply couldn't cope. We did experience some noise from outside the hotel for which the hotel couldn't be blamed for or expected to resolve. All in all an ok stay, would stay again for the proximity to racetrack!
