I stayed in a number of Premier Inns in the UK and this one has been the best so far. Quiet, despite close to the main road. Nice staff, good breakfast. Would not recommend the nearby Beefeater also for dinner, just because there are better, more original options within 10-20 min drive.

Stayed here on business for a couple of nights.
Room the usual purple palace standard.
Helpful, polite team.
No complaints.

I was in one of the disabled rooms, which had an immense low-level bathroom.
Large flat screen TV and air-con.
All good.

This hotel is conveniently located, not far from the M4 motorway, but is nevertheless quite peaceful. We were given a warm welcome; the room was well maintained, and the air conditioning in the room was an excellent bonus because the outside weather was hot during our stay. I always choose Premier Inn when possible, unless I can get a room from a competing hotel chain at significantly lower cost. Premier Inn has been consistently good in my experience over the last few years, and this latest stay, in Swindon West, was no exception. I find the competitors far more variable in quality; hence my preference for Premier Inn.

Another thing that was pleasing on this occasion was the quality of the restaurant (Beefeater) next door. Everything was cooked to perfection, and we were looked after by some very pleasant staff.

We'll stay here again when the opportunity arises ...

Broke our journey back from Cornwall at this Premier Inn. Great value, friendly reception staff, best beds ever. Beefeater again great value, decent food, and exceptional service. It is great just to book at any Premier Inn knowing that the brand will live up to your expectations.

My daughter and I stayed here for our challenge of the Macmillan 26mile Trekathon from Stonehenge to Avebury. We were delighted with the reactions of the staff, and they were really complimentary. However there was poor sound insulation between the floors in the hotel, and we were awoken by heavy footsteps in the room above at an earlier hour than we wished to awake following our long and arduous day!
Breakfast the sunday morning was really good and would recommend Premier Inn brekkies every time.
