A liitle bit of heaven - EXACTLY what we were looking for. Rosemary and Adrian couldn't be better hosts, nothing was too much trouble extremely helpful without being overpowering. Adrians breakfast truly lasts you all day and Rosemarys optional dinner, if you can, is something not to be missed (five stars at least). The rooms are all different but beautiful with very comfy beds. We didn't want to leave and when we did were we were wished bon voyage as if we had known one another for some time not just the week-end. Without doubt the best accomodation we have ever stayed in and hope to go back one day. Thank you both.

Room Tip: All rooms are wonderful with fabulous food.

Rosemary and Adrian truly excel at what they do here. Their hospitality is excellent, the room we stayed in was beautiful and kept so clean. The food is first class and we would recommend that you have dinner here (an optional extra which is well worth it). We could not fault this place at all. It is without doubt the best place we have ever stayed in and will definitely be going back to stay. A true gem of a place that is a must if ever you're staying in the area or passing through.

Thanks Adrian and Rosemary, a really nice mini break. The guest house was superb and in a quiet location, but within 10 minutes drive of Ironbridge and Telford. Each day started with a lovely breakfast of locally sourced products (so local you can meet the chicken that laid your eggs!) and lots of nice touches from the cream tea on arrival to the biscuits and grapes in the room. The rooms were pleasant and airy and we had a great time and hope to go back again in the future

We stayed here to break our journey down to Cornwall and wished we had booked longer. From the moment we arrived until we left we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a bother.
Our room Besselow was very large and beautifully furnished. The bed was so comfortable you didn’t want to get up in the morning! The breakfast was very tasty and hearty. We also had one evening meal at the B&B on our second and last night. Both my wife and I have dietary requirements (some by choice others not!) yet Rosemary saw this as a challenge and produced a beautiful meal that was worth every penny and more!
For anyone wanting to stay in this area and looking for accommodation I can whole heartedly recommend this B&B.

Room Tip: If using sat nav to get here look for the sign pointing to 'St. James church' its just down...

Glad you got to Cornwall and back safely! Rosemary enjoys cooking something a bit different. Perhaps a longer stay next time?

My family and I stayed here whilst visiting family in the area. We all had a great time here so. wanted to write and say.....A huge Thank you to Rosemary and Adrian for their hospitality, nothing was too much for them, very welcoming people, the rooms are amazing, modern yet still "homely", Will definately be staying again, my three children (9), (5) and (3) didn't want to leave, were very happy and comfortable here, could play in the garden on the swing and with the dogs which they loved, I personally think that the high light for them was actually getting their own eggs for breakfast from the hens, - you can't get much fresher than that, well apart from Rosemary's homemade jam...Gorgeous!! I cannot fault the hotel or the owners, not even slightly, Will definately be going again!

Your three children were great fun and well behaved. The dogs and chickens had a great time too! We would love to see you all again when you are visiting relatives in Telford.
