“Annual stay”

We had a good nights sleep here, the beds are really comfortable, rooms hot, the receptionist are brilliant ladies always helpful and always with a smile on their faces, nothing seems too much trouble for them.

You get a change of pillows if you dont want hard ones you can change them for soft - brilliant idea. Lots of tea and coffee etc provided in the room and more that you can help yourself to in the reception area.

We slept at the back of the hotel didn't hear any noise whatsoever,

Excellent hotel.

Stayed here for 3 days as I was working in the area. Rooms are very comfortable, immaculate, with plenty of space, also fairly quiet, even with the station over the road. Staff were exceptional, why cant all hotels train their staff as well? Emma and Gemma on front desk were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Karen the breakfast waitress was a cheery face first thing in the morning and again excellent service. Food next door in the Beefeater was plentiful with a good choice and very good value. The breakfast was amazing and would keep you going all day. I wont be going any where else the next time I am in the area.

I stayed here so that i could attend a wedding nearby. I booked this hotel because it was cheap and local to the venue. I didnt really expect much but was plesantly suprised. Check in is ment to be after 2pm but they aloud us to check in early so we didnt have to have our bags with us. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a room on the ground floor due to me having an injured leg. Once checked in we went next door the beefeater and had a bite to eat, the food was typical pub food but was very nice. I would recomend this hotel and the staff to anybody looking for accomadation in Telford.

We stayed here overnight on our way from London to Wales. (2 Adults, 3 kids) It's what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, clean room, comfy beds, great price, tea & coffee making facilities in the room. All good and we didn't find it noisy.
Visited the Telford bridge, had a nice walk along the river and breakfast in a cafe there before travelling on.

Having stayed at Telford North and having found the rooms clean and comfortable with fantastic staff, guess what? We found exactly the same here. This location is slightly noisier than Telford North, but only if you open the window. Next doors Beefeater supplied very tasty food (word of warning - Friday night can be very busy so just relax as it can take a little time to eat your meals), once again the staff were very friendly and attentive.

I will certainly be using Premier Inn hotels in the future.
