Description: Found in the Crawley Leisure Park with its cinema and bowling alley, Bella Italia offers visitors a great Italian menu served in homely surroundings. True to the Bella Italia signature style, this Crawley outlet is decked out in a pretty Tuscan country kitchen style with warm earthy tones and an open kitchen. Well priced, tasty Italian dishes such as spaghetti carbonara made with pancetta, pecorino, egg and cream or pepperoni pizza with fresh green chillies feature on an extensive menu. Desserts are great too, such as the three layer lemon tart served with a pot of cream on the side. The wine list is all Italian and the imported Italian beers are always a hit.

Came here with my boyfriend tonight for a meal, food came out really quickly and our server Jack was really friendly and attentive didn't rush us at all and made sure we had everything we needed and didn't delay with the service at all, will definately be coming back again soon!

Thank Lydia R

We decided to come here to eat after the cinema and waited at the door for around 5 minutes. Waiters saw us but ignored us and there were also 3 girls behind us waiting. Another waiter was taking food to a table and walked straight past us and didn’t even say a simple ‘I’ll be with you in a minute.’ We ordered cocktails and they took over 10 minutes to arrive, we even had to ask where our drinks were then suddenly they appeared. Food was not great it was like a more expensive McDonald’s, not my thing. Worst thing is when coming to pay they bought the bill and came over with a card machine, they were slow getting us in but they sure wanted us gone quick.
I will never return again

Myself and 4 work colleagues decided to have our xmas lunch here on a wednesday. I had pre booked through the website and had the lovely surprise of a free glass of prosecco on arrival which was nice and turns out it was because i had prebooked between selected dates.

The server we had was lovely and accommodating as we asked to move to a larger table due to all of our bags of presents for eachother. She sat us at a much larher booth table and gave us plenty of time to look at the menu as she could see we were attempting to have a work meeting in between menu glances LOL

Food was delicious as expected (cant go wrong with the jack daniels sesame chicken strips) Only let down was the barman on ur arrival, fair enough we were first in the door at 11:30 but it took us to ask the barman to get us some drinks as he didnt welcome us or pay any attention, considering we werent quiet and sat right at the bar we were not hard to miss.

Other than that, great experience and lovely food.

we were staying in Crawley so went up to the leisure park as we new there were various food outlets available to choose from..chose the Tgi as it's been 4 years since we had last been in one in fort Myers.. the venue was very busy especially for a Tuesday night-maybe nobody cooks in Crawley...the meal was very good and I appreciated the Sam Adams on draft..our server was polite and sorted our meal in very good time...would have been 5 stars but the end of the meal getting the check took a tad to long.

Went in about 5pm and was fairly quiet, got a nice booth table and staff were great,
Got to say was really disappointed with the burger, was dry and tasteless,
Unusual for TGIs, so not too impressed this time
