The hotel is quite ok... but if we have give a highlight about it, it would be the friendly, sexy and nice spaniard at the reception desk! She was so helpful :D I got everything I needed and she answered all my questions. I loved her accent!!!!

Room Tip: Give good tips ;P

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and so helpful. I met two Spanish girls who were working on the reception and they were lovely.

All my needs were met and the room was lovely and clean, plenty of clean towels, fresh bedding and immaculate bathroom.

Unfortunately I arrived when it was dark and the street lighting in the area is not great so I felt really unsafe so i recommend that you book a taxi if arriving after dark as its in a leafy, tree lined area [£3.80 from the train station]. Enjoy

Worried about the reviews I didn't know what to expect but I found the rooms we stayed in on both occasions fine and clean. The restaurant was a bonus and they provided food at 10 despite closing at that time. The shuttle which you call for from the airport when required is a great bonus too and at £5 return per person, great value. The place is far better than many travel inns etc I have stayed in on business.

Room Tip: Get a room towards the back if possible as could be noisy at front.

The first impressions were not great. It's located in a council estate. We had booked a king size room, but were given a double room on arrival. They changed it to a king size room, but we had to move to a smaller king size room for nights 2 and 3, because someone else had booked that room.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel was over-heated. The rooms were on the small side. The cooked breakfast was okay, though the sausages were not. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Ask for the biggest king size room.

Stayed 4 nights from sep 8. Had a dbl room for first two nights once I walked in with my bag I couldn't move. Was a single room with a dbl bed. Bathroom was also so tiny. Stayed 4 nights bed wasn't made once and no clean towels. East European reception staff rude and too busy with Facebook or whatever on computer. Never ever again

I'm not going to dwell too much about this place. If all you need is a bed and don't mind noisy neighbours then this might work. It's cheap at least.

Someone, like me, who has an important meeting the next day should avoid the place at any cost. The staff was not always at the reception so had to look for them and the place it's just not convenient enough for Crawley, considering there are many other not much more expensive places around.

As I won't be hanging around the area for pleasure and only for meetings I cannot see myself ever coming back.
