We took over the whole hotel for a family wedding which was taking place nearby, and from the moment we arrived Margarita took such great care of us; even arranging afternoon tea for when we got back from setting up at the wedding venue.
The rooms are all lovely - so much thought has gone into every detail and the showers are just incredible!
Breakfast was one of the best we've had in any hotel; perfectly cooked to order and a really great choice of options.
Windfalls is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for - a stylish, calm, luxurious place to sleep, eat and relax.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent, but the smallest is the only one without the amazing shower - it is, howeve...

We stayed at the Windfalls as an overnight stay before our flight from Gatwick. Our stay was very pleasant, the room was very nice, the breakfast freshly cooked and plentiful and host very courteous and friendly.

A very pleasant stay and thank you for your hospitality.

I treated my other half to a night away at Windfalls for his birthday.
We were warmly greeted by Margarita, who showed us to our room, the lounge and where to eat for breakfast.
I booked us in to The Lotus suite for one night to get away from it all.
Wow, we were in for a treat. The room felt sophisticated, warm and relaxing. Beautifully decorated with a 4 poster king-size bed. The room was clean and felt like we were the first people to ever stay in there. The bathroom was a great size with a gorgeous walk in shower, with Tigi shampoo & conditioner, and lots of white fluffy towels, robes and slippers.
We pre-ordered breakfast for the next day at a chosen time, eggs Benedict for the birthday boy and scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and a toasted English muffin for me.
After a luxurious nights sleep in a big, warm, cosy bed we had a delightful breakfast and what a grand selection, we were not disappointed.
And after breakfast we had to unfortunately leave and head back to reality.
We had a lovely relaxing evening away and would thoroughly recommend this to a couple wanting to get away for the night, also ideal for anyone heading off to the airport.
Thank you for a wonderful night :-)

Room Tip: The Lotus suite was fabulous for a couples night away, which over looked the gardens.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Every room is an absolute dream - each is tranquil, luxurious , glamorous and romantic. Margarita, the owner, looks after guests with quiet but most efficient attention and is more than welcoming and helpful to one's every need. Breakfasts are fantastic with an incredible choice of cooked meals, cerials, different toasted breads and spreads, as well as a choice of yoghurts - amazing! The guest lounge is vast with magazines, books and most opulent sofas with plenty of comfortable cushions. Staying here makes one feel truly special and is incredible value for money. I really can't commend the hotel enough. Each room has its own decor and wonderful ensuite - many bathrooms have rainfall showers which add to the relaxation. The hotel is easy to find just off the M23 and very convenient for Gatwick airport. Staying here is a must. Well done Margarita!

Room Tip: All rooms are glorious. We stayed in the Lotus roomwith a four poster bed and enormous TV. Margarita...

Absolutely stunning. It was an anniversary surprise from my partner and it was perfect. Very romantic, hidden away like a little treasure.
Very friendly and welcoming greeting from Margarita on arrival, wonderfully decorated, incredibly clean. Absolutely loved our room 'Magnolia' (all named after flowers which is a nice little touch)
Spoilt for choice for options at breakfast, very attentive (but not over the top or constant that you felt uncomfortable) Wonderfully cooked, presented and it was delicious. The dining room was well set out too. Shame we didn't have more time i would've loved to have relaxed and enjoyed the living room area, incredibly peaceful space but looked very comfortable. Would highly recommend Windfalls Boutique Hotel to anyone who is looking for a break away (especially a romantic or special occasion) but why not enjoy the luxury if it isn't a romantic trip.
We will most definately return at some point :o) Thank you!
