Our room was immaculate; the food was very good of its type; the staff were friendly - all good stuff.

We were staying at the Premier for one night before flying out on a 3-night holiday. When my hsuband booked, he was definately told that he would receive a voucher for parking at Gatwick's North Terminal. When we checked in, we were told it was okay to leave the car in Premier's car park for the duration of our trip. This,of course, was better than having to take it to the North Terminal at God-knows what hour of the morning.
We've not stayed at this hotelbefore, and possibly misunderstood the Grab and Go breakfast arrangement. We thought it was a pre-packed bag (like Travelodge), but it turned out to be a breakfast buffet that could be eaten in the hotel, or bagged-up, if that was what you preferred. Also, we thought that the airport bus picked up from the hotel, when in fact we should have been at the bus stop on the street outside the hotel.
Other than that - good place to stay.

We have stayed at Premier Inns before so this was an ideal place to stay before our flight from Gatwick.
Usual high standard of accomodation - how do they do it for £29.
Excellant breakfast
We did get a space in the car park but there does seem very little parking for the size of the hotel.
Would definately use this hotel again.

First time we have stayed in this hotel , everything from start to finish was faultless. We stayed before our holiday and had a beautiful evening meal at a very reasonable rate. We stay again when we returned home and the breakfast was amazing , eat as much as you like for only £5.99 !!
Definately recommend and definately will go back.

Once again, overall, our stay here was very good, and I agree with all the positive points that other reviewers have made, but there are two areas that need monitoring. Firstly, when we arrived by car to check in, there were very few vacant spaces in the car park at 4pm, there seemed to be a conference on in the meeting room, maybe this was why. However as the evening went on the car park got fuller, and when we looked out in the morning, every marked out and unmarked space, had a car parked on it, two cars had parked in the paved and potted trees area at the front of the hotel that leads to the bus stop, could be a problem for people with luggage to get through for airport bus. Cars were parked all round and along side the restaurant, right upto the exit barrier. I know you offer airport parking, but the situation needs monitoring by management, for your overnight guests. Also the service in the restaurant was very slow, took two hours for all 3 courses to be served, despite it not being very busy at 6pm. But do not let these two areas put you off this good hotel! We would definately stay again!!

Room was excellent, clean, spacious, all mod cons. Very quiet and a good nights sleep assured. The bar is very handy but service is painfully slow as I waited about 15 mins to order a drink. Staff were all very friendly though.
Bar food was acceptable rather than wonderful.
I had some trouble with the electronic card entry system for some reason, but this was sorted out by the helpful staff member.

Having booked a dinner, bed and breakfast stop-over from Saturday to Sunday for the Easter Weekend - I was pleasantly surprised. The service we received that night was excellent. We had dinner which consisted of three courses. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is parallel with the airport runway and we were up on the fifth floor and surprisingly it wasn't that noisy with being so close to the airport. The kids loved watching the planes take off every two or three minutes and our room seemed to be directly opposite the take off point. Breakfast the following morning was good too, lots on offer besides the normal full english. It was a nice overnight break away from the norm - We have stayed in many hotels. and always overlooked the Premier Inn, but you can be sure after staying at this one we shall be returning to Premier Inn Hotels a lot more.

Room Tip: A room on the fifth floor.
