I would stay here again.The shuttle bus ran every hour from Gatwick airport. Lovely hotel. Great service by all the staff. Everyone was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Many thanks to all the staff.

Stayed on 25 October. Arrived 23:00 for one night prior to flying out from South Terminal. Staff very pleasant and helpful. However, accommodation very poor when advertised as a 4 star hotel. I think the 4 referred to the number of bed springs in the matress!!! Room not clean and even found a number of stains and hairs in bed!! One towel provided for the 3 of us in the bathroom too! Hardly slept a wink due to shower dripping and some boiler noise coming through the wall. Couldnt wait to leave and will never use again. Note this is not a critical comment about the staff, just about the very poor standard of a hotel advertised as a 4 star which there is no way on earth that it is, or Im the next King Of England!

Room Tip: Do not use if you are expected a quality room and hotel.

My husband and i stayed at this hotel the night before we flew from Gatwick and found the whole experience to be very enjoyable. The male receptionist was very welcomig and funny and the deputy manager was very kind enough to upgarde us as we were on our honeymoon. The room it self was clean and big, the main bar had a nice atmosphere and provided us with friendly table service. A nice touch was that as soon as we sat down they placed complimentary olive and nuts on the table. The only down fall was at the time their tv's were not working in the bar however, as we left our car their whilst we went abroad for two weeks, upon our return those tv's were up and running again. We would definately stay here again if flying from Gatwick.

On arrival at the hotel I was confronted by barriers for parking, I suppose it is a premium in Crawley. The front desk staff were friendly, however, did not provide me with my free offers even though I showed my Wyndham rewards card. The room was clean and comfortable for the price so not problem there. No free internet though unless you want to go down to the ground floor... why is that so common in hotels in that area (near London),,,, the USA can offer free wifi. The bed was comfortable, shower good and room warm. The staff in the restaurant very efficient, great service and reasonably priced. All in all a very good stay

Thank you very much for your feedback. As you rightly explained being an airport hotel we do have barriers for the car park, so as to stop cars being parked here by non residents wanting to use the airport. We do have free wifi on our ground floor and first floor lobby areas and are looking at our offering for the new year ahead. Once again thanks for your comments and we hope to see you back at the hotel in the near future.

Stayed overnight after a late flight. Checkin and checkout carried out smoothly by pleasant staff. Room was spacious, clean. and comfortable The beds were comfortable and clean and there were plenty of fluffy towels and the ensuite was clean and spacious. Tea making facilities in room very welcome. Didn't have time for breakfast so can't comment on food. Hotel very quiet and convenient for airport. Thoroughly recommend especially as it was such a welcome contrast to hoiliday hotel abroad
